Toroza Química offers effective solutions for food safety, which allows producers, packers and processors to guarantee the control of pathogens in food with sustainable, biodegradable and rinse-free products based on peracetic acid (PAA) formulations.
Our products are designed with high diffusion capacities across the cell membrane, penetrating the bacterial cell or the spore and reacting irreversibly with their enzymatic systems, causing their infeasibility and therefore their immediate death.
